Dr. Robert Turner

Dr. Bobby Turner is a native of Americus, Georgia, who graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. He began his distinguished career with the Georgia Department of Human Resources, specializing in dental care for individuals with special needs.

 

Dr. Turner served as Director of Dental Services at East Central Regional Hospital from 1992 until his retirement in 2011. He remains actively engaged in the dental community as a member of the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association. Notably, he is a past president of Special Care Advocates in Dentistry and serves on the Hope Dental Board of Broad Street Ministries in Augusta.

 

Outside of his professional achievements, Dr. Turner shares his life with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Julianna and Christopher. The family is deeply involved in church activities, school, and sporting events and enjoys traveling together.
